An assistant coach to Alex Carnegie-Brown for Hustle at The Fly 2022, Andy Downing takes up the baton again but this time for Forge as he looks to improve on their fourth-place finish from earlier this year. 

An experienced coach, Downing helped England to become European champions at the European Box Lacrosse Championships in the summer and was part of the British Lacrosse coaching team for the 2022 World Games and brings a wealth of knowledge from the box and sixes formats. 

His enthusiasm for the game is clear to see, especially when coaching children at club and school level; Downing also has experience coaching on the England Lacrosse Talent Pathway.
