New Team Manager roles available at The Fly

The Fly Sixes Lacrosse is now looking to recruit Team Managers for the first time, to be key members of our team franchises and be a part of helping to bring success to the squads for 2025.

If you’re an organised, proactive, and passionate individual, we want to hear from you! This is your chance to be a part of the groundbreaking league that’s setting the standard in Sixes Lacrosse.

As a Team Manager, you'll help to bring our franchises together, ensuring that players and coaches are equipped and ready to compete at the highest level. From coordinating logistics and managing communications to fostering team culture and supporting player well-being, you'll play a crucial role in creating a seamless, winning environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact between the coaching staff, players and The Fly organisers

• Manage logistical requirements including practice schedules, travel and accommodation arrangements

• Work with the coaching staff to handle the collection and distribution of any team-related documentation including medical records, player contracts and consent forms

• Assist in managing the budget made available to teams and players where appropriate

• Assist coaching staff and The Fly organisers with any reasonable requests within the scope of preparation and competition
